Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% fee and missed appointments may be charged at the full rate. Please note: If your ACC claim is declined for any reason, you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment received.
